FACE Africa Tax & Legal Côte D’ivoire, créé en Aout 2023, est une succursale de FACE Africa Tax & Legal Sénégal, cabinet d’Avocats et de Fiscalité sénégalais constitué sous la forme d’une société anonyme au capital social de 40 400 000 FCFA, spécialisé en fiscalité, caractérisé par une expérience pluridisciplinaire et riche capitalisée par ses collaborateurs issus d’entreprises évoluant dans tous les secteurs, de grands groupes internationaux de conseil fiscal et de haut niveau de l’administration fiscale.
FACE Africa Tax & Legal Côte d’Ivoire est l’un des rares cabinets fiscaux ayant délivré des sessions de formations aux agents de l’administration fiscale ivoirienne en 2023.
Depuis sa création en Aout 2023, FACE Africa s’est assignée comme mission d’atteindre le haut niveau des Big 4 dans le domaine du conseil fiscal et dans tous les secteurs d’activités dans lesquels les clients sont impliqués.
L’associé fondateur et gérant est El Hadji Sidy DIOP, expert fiscal agréé inscrit à l’Association sénégalaise des experts fiscaux agréés (ONES) et à l’Union des ordres fiscaux de l’Afrique de l’Ouest (UDOFAO-WAUTI), avec plus de 30 ans d’expérience professionnelle.

Our ambition is to be the leading Legal and Tax firm in Senegal and in the sub-region (West African countries). It is our sustainability that sets us apart from others.
As a local firm, FACE Africa has always been outwardly oriented and had relevant multinational companies contained within its portfolio.
Since its inception, FACE Africa has been able to compete with international firms present in Dakar by immediately positioning itself as a leader in the microfinance sector. With all other microfinance institutions in Senegal in its portfolio, it has maintained this position to this day.
FACE Africa competes with a multinational for the leading position in the insurance sector. Currently, FACE Africa holds most of the local insurance companies in its portfolio, including the single national reinsurance company and many multinationals.
With only a few years since its foundation, FACE Africa is a leader in advising the companies operating in the water sector. It also has a strong presence in all sectors of activities (banks, electricity, industry, agrobusiness, mining, oil and gas etc.).
